you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in data analysis and identification of insights useful for the development of the main digital platforms in the consumer area. Under your tutor’s guidance, you’ll help monitor and analyze the performance of our digital properties and identify trends and areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in one of the following areas.
Digital Product & Web Operations:
* Managing maintenance tasks: assisting in handling and assigning maintenance tasks for the consumer web portal, based on requests from HQ and local markets;
* Optimizing conversion processes: collaborating in the design and management of enhancements related to conversion flows and contact forms across the consumer website;
* Governing quality and maintenance processes: including SEO and URL management (in collaboration with SEO specialists), style and content oversight (in coordination with the Global Product Manager), and bug fixing (in collaboration with the Information & Technology department);
