We are currently looking for a charismatic and highly organised Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead the hostess team and oversee reservations operations for our SEEN Restaurant by Olivier in Rome.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven and lifestyle-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate the hostess and guest reception team
Manage reservations strategy, table allocation and guest flow optimisation
Build strong relationships with an international and lifestyle-oriented clientele
Work closely with restaurant floor teams, kitchen and management
Liaise constantly with all hotel departments
Handle VIP guests, special requests and high-demand service moments
Ensure a seamless, energetic and elevated guest experience
Contribute actively to the unique atmosphere and identity of the SEEN brand
Requirements Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle restaurants or high-energy venues
