KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Point of Sales Materials (including: catalogues, shoppers, displays...) from idealizing concept to physical delivery to warehouse;
Support Sr. Marketing Manager and Director in all the day-by-day activities;
Coordinate andfollow packshot shootings and the creation of the catalogues;
Support to retailers,

digital Wholesale partners and Sales reps in order to provide guidelines, tools and materials needed (e.G. pictures, gwp, social contents...);
Communicate with vendors, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders;
Support in organizing all the Trade events (seasonal presentations, fairs, product launches...);
Prepare presentation for the ongoing projects and catalogues to support the sales team;
Support the implementation of the digital Marketing plan (from e-mail marketing campaigns to social ads) ;
Support into the realization of special store implementation (including pop-up, corners, shop-in-shop...);
Coordinate theexecution of visual merchandising process (from initial brief to validation set-up).
PROFILE Good knowledge of Office suite;
Languages: Italian and English a must. Additional language a plus;
Able to managepriorities and respect deadlines;
Ability to manage, challenge and keep accountable external suppliers;
