We are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal So C Program Manager to join our R&D; organization and drive the planning and execution of advanced microcontroller products.
As a Principal So C Program Manager,

you will lead highly effective cross‐functional core teams composed of technical experts from multiple disciplines. You will help teams prioritize activities, communicate clearly, influence peers and leaders, and drive accountability across the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining strong project execution discipline, proactively identifying technical risks, and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
Drive as design program manager all phases of So C development projects, from architecture definition through silicon validation and product release. Lead local PM office and help to consolidate strong So C development flow shared among the entire R&D.; Create and maintain project plans, including milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate project reviews and regular team meetings with global cross‐functional stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues.
