Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning & Development, I&E; and Engagement Department, based in Milan.
As the Engagement & I&E; Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the design, coordination, and execution of initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and equity at Valentino. Working closely with the Engagement & I&E; Specialist, this internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational culture, while contributing to impactful initiatives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Project Tracking & Coordination: Assist in monitoring and updating internally developed engagement activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- I&E; Ambassadors Program: Contribute to nurturing and supporting the I&E; Ambassadors community, facilitating coordination and communication.
- Audit Support: Support audit exercises and documentation related to the gender equality certification.
- Meetings & Events Support: Contribute to the organization of meetings with HR Directors and stakeholders, including logistics, coordination, and preparation of meeting materials.
- Information Management: Prepare meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and maintain documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
