Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples or Pistoia - IT.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
- Ensure team performance through clear objectives, coaching,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee all Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M;) activities, including planning and execution.
- Implement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.
- Guarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.

Customer Focus
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.

Process & Performance Management
- Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on site perform
