As a Maintenance Manager you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in Arenzano or Genova for a permanent contract.




The Maintenance Manager will operate in an advanced industrial environment, where product quality and process efficiency play a key role.
The position is critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment.
Your mission
- Ensure the continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment.
- Contribute to the planning and management of the maintenance budget.
- Organize and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and manage the maintenance workshop and technical warehouse.
- Lead technical analyses with the team, with a strong focus on equipment failures, downtime, finished-product scrap, and all events impacting quality, output, and safety.
- Ensure the training of employees, guaranteeing compliance with company and national regulations, especially in the areas of safety and maintenance.
