The ideal candidate should be conversant with Customer service and Ground operations, and hold effective communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Airline Airport Operations is required. Please note that work is scheduled on shifts, during weekends and public holidays. A positive and pleasant attitude, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are required.

Provide positive guidance to GHA.
Write delay reports. Verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up with vendors in the event of a billing error. Complete flight log reports and statistics. Prepare pre-flight/post-flight administrative work for flight operations.
