Your Role
As an intern in our Logistics Customer Service team,



you will support the senior team members in the daily coordination of order management and logistics customer service activities across different business functions. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, developing analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, PR, and external partners, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes, supporting order management activities, monitoring deliveries, resolving operational issues, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Support the handling and monitoring of customer orders, ensuring timely processing and follow-up;
Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, deliveries, returns, and warehouse-related issues for marketing material;
