Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits. Tierra designs and develops electronic systems (both software and hardware) for geo-localization, management, remote diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and industrial products.
