Brief description of the role:

Marketing in Atlante Italy is first and foremost a commercial lever to increase revenues. You own the country execution of marketing activities in coordination with the central Marketing, Communication, CRM, App and Graphic teams at HQ, ensuring full alignment with Group priorities while adapting execution to the Italian market.
You operate within Atlante’s matrix organization, with hierarchical reporting to the CEO Italy and functional reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer at HQ. B2C, digital, CRM, lifecycle marketing, brand and communication activities are defined and coordinated by the Group Marketing function at HQ, while country execution, local commercial activations, partnerships and customer experience initiatives are owned by the Italian Marketing function.
You manage the local marketing budget and act as the country interface towards HQ Marketing, while partnering closely with Commercial, Operations, Infrastructure, Public Affairs and Finance to maximize commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

You create value by translating Atlante Italy’s commercial priorities into integrated marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, charging session frequency, customer retention and customer lifetime value.
By combining B2C marketing, CRM-driven lifecycle programs, trade marketing, commercial partnerships and brand communication, you maximize the return on Atlante Italy’s marketing investments, strengthen the network’s commercial appeal and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across every customer touchpoint.
You ensure that marketing contributes directly to commercial performance, while acting as the country interface to Group Marketing capabilities — including brand, communication, CRM and research — and guaranteeing full consistency with the Group marketing framework defined by the Chief Marketing Officer.
