Within the Brand Marketing department, the candidate will work closely with the Project Management and Research & Insights teams to assess the effectiveness of global marketing and retail initiatives, support project brief development and implementation, and translate market and competitive insights into clear, actionable recommendations aimed at strengthening brand desirability and business performance.

Main Accountabilities
Post-Project Insights and Analysis :
Evaluate the performance of key brand activations, including global campaigns, product launches and events, by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into comprehensive post-project reports and actionable recommendations to optimize future marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
Monitor ongoing KPIs for key projects, ensuring timely sharing of relevant insights with Brand Marketing, Project Managers and senior management.
Project Planning :
Contribute actively to project brief development and KPI definition.
Ensure consistent alignment and sharing of key project information,
updates and timelines within and beyond the team, supporting cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of project launch packages
Competitive Marketing Monitoring & Strategic Insights :
Monitor and analyze key competitors' marketing strategies, campaigns and experiential activations, delivering regular competitive intelligence reports and strategic insights in collaboration with central and local teams.
Provide relevant insights to support project brief development.
Develop and share quarterly reports on key competitors, highlighting relevant trends and strategic implications.
Consolidate and share key market and consumer insights to support brand and business decision-making.
Conduct detailed monthly monitoring of key competitors' paid media activities to support the development of strategic marketing frameworks.
