Job Overview
Your mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Dealers within their assigned area for the Leapmotor brand
Your Responsibilities
- Organize regular meetings with the Dealership managers
- Monitor monthly the evolution of the business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors' activities, etc.
- Analyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices, etc.
- Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy
- Support Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company
