The role
The role is responsible for driving planning, coordination, execution and governance of AI related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
stakeholder needs and organizational change efforts. Partnering closely with business leaders, functional teams and stakeholders, this position accelerates AI adoption in the company and delivers measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI Transformation Programs across Haworth Lifestyle and Haworth International: lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and value realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives; Drive AI Strategy and Roadmap Development: partner with leaders to define and execute AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives that accelerate business growth, productivity and innovation; Propose AI Investments and Resource Allocation: coordinate AI program budgets, vendor relationships and resource deployment to maximize return on investment and ensure sustainable scalability; Measure and Communicate Business Impact:
