Sector: Hospitality, Travel TourismReference: -JBFor a prestigious luxury hospitality company, we are looking for a: Sales Manager - GolfReporting directly to the Sales Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the commercial development of the Golf Leisure segment, with a strong focus on the B2B travel trade channel. The role will contribute to business growth by managing and expanding relationships with international tour operators and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development
Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Golf Leisure segment across key international markets (UK, Germany, Scandinavia, and Benelux).
Manage and strengthen relationships with golf tour operators and B2B travel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
Represent the company at major industry trade shows and workshops (e.g. IGTM, ITB Berlin, WTM London).
Organize and host familiarization trips (FAM trips) and educational visits for tour operators and buyers.
Account Management Trade Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist golf tour operators and luxury travel agencies.
Manage contracts, allotments, pricing policies, and commercial agreements.
Monitor partner performance and implement targeted business development initiatives.
Maintain an active network with key decision-makers in the golf travel industry.
Required Competencies Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in an international environment.
Strategic approach to business development and solid understanding of golf tourism market trends.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
