ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior leader for HF analog circuit design in broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, lead high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits, and drive transmitter/receiver architectures.
The role requires MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in analog IC design, strong signal integrity and advanced CMOS experience (FinFET/FD-SOI). You will mentor engineers and ensure rigorous sign-off processes.
