Prime Video's US Sports Marketing team is looking for a hands‑on builder to join our brand and campaign management team. This is not a traditional program management role — this is a maker role who is fluent in AI. You will design, build, and maintain tooling, automations, AI and operational infrastructure that powers campaign management, go‑to‑market execution, and creative asset development across our live sports portfolio (NFL, NBA, NASCAR, WNBA, and more).
You will work at the intersection of operations, AI‑enabled solutions and technology — translating complex, repetitive workflows into scalable, automated solutions that free up campaign teams to focus on strategy and execution rather than process overhead.
Key job responsibilities
- • Build & Maintain Operational Tooling: Design, build, and maintain tooling across Airtable, internal Amazon tools, APIs, scripts, low/no-code platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions that support campaign management, creative asset workflows,

and go‑to‑market execution
- • Automate at Scale: Translate manual and fragmented workflows into scalable automations that reduce operational toil, improve consistency, and increase execution speed across the sports marketing lifecycle
- • Technical Solution Design: Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end technical solutions across data models, integrations, interfaces, automations, and reporting
- • Airtable & Tooling Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Airtable and related tooling, establishing scalable solutions and best practices across data architecture, interfaces, automations, scripting, and integrations
- • Creative Asset Operations: Build tooling that supports creative development workflows including asset versioning, approval routing, delivery tracking, and cross‑functional handoffs
