ams OSRAM in Italy seeks a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments, and drive high-performance analog and mixed-signal designs.
The role requires 15+ years of analog IC design, PhD/MSc, knowledge of PLLs, CDRs, ADCs/DACs, signal integrity, and advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI). You will mentor engineers and lead technical reviews.
