Tecnimont is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources Department .
The position is part of the HR Department's digital transformation roadmap and involves frequent interaction with different Group functions as well as external providers. The HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Specialist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous development of the company's HR Information Systems, contributing to the efficiency of HR processes and ensuring data quality and consistency in line with MAIRE Group standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:




Providing ongoing support to internal users in the use of HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ADP, Strada , and other HR systems, managing and supporting the resolution of system-related issues.
Supporting the ICT Department and external providers in the implementation of new functionalities, system enhancements, and updates across HRIS platforms.
Collaborating with the HRIS Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data through regular checks and validation activities.
Supporting the preparation of reports, dashboards, and monthly analyses, providing reliable data for KPI monitoring and HR process improvement.
Contributing to the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation related to new HRIS processes and procedures, facilitating their adoption and understanding across the organization.
