To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Training & Standard Specialist to join our Retail team. This role will contribute to the definition, implementation,



and monitoring of operational and visual standards across our stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Definition and monitoring of brand standards Creation and implementation of guidelines related to: Look & Feel of the stores (interior and exterior)
Functional signage for the customer experience
Company uniforms (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of house
Conducting regular store audits to verify: Cleanliness and order
Compliance with Look & Feel and uniform guidelines
Developing corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers
