ams OSRAM in Italy seeks a senior validation engineer to lead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog and high-speed digital ICs, guiding test plans and cross-functional collaboration.
You will characterize device performance across PVT, drive root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers, shaping best practices from first silicon to production.
Strong instrumentation experience and a track record in silicon validation are essential; position located in Lombardy, Buscate, with on-site work.
