ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader to drive HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs in Lombardy, Italy. You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning, and the development of robust, parasitic-aware methodologies.
You will mentor layout engineers and support design teams through sign-off, applying advanced CMOS node experience including FinFET/FD-SOI and emphasis on matching, shielding, and isolation.
