ams OSRAM is seeking a senior technical leader to drive analog IC design for broadband optical communication applications in an on-site role in Italy. You will establish methodologies, lead high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, and push transmitter/receiver innovations while mentoring senior teams.
The role requires 15+ years of experience in analog IC design, deep knowledge of broadband optical front-ends, and advanced CMOS processes such as FinFET or FD-SOI.
