ams OSRAM in Lombardia, Tribiano, is seeking a Verification Leader for broadband optical communication ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths. You will define verification strategies and methodologies and lead block- and chip-level verification.
The role requires MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of verification experience with SystemVerilog and UVM, coverage-driven verification, and advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI).
