ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs. You will head layout architecture, floorplanning, and the development of parasitic-aware methodologies while mentoring junior engineers.
The role requires 10+ years in RF/analog layout, advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI), and expertise in matching, shielding, and isolation. You will collaborate with design teams through sign-off and drive layout standards.
