ams OSRAM seeks a senior leader to define methodologies for HF analog circuit design in broadband optical ICs. You will lead high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, driving transmitter/receiver innovations and establishing robust methodologies. You will also mentor senior engineers and guide critical design reviews.
The role requires a PhD/MSc in EE and 15+ years in analog IC design, with strong knowledge of HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs, and layout considerations.
