ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a technical leader to guide HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or similar RF ICs. The role includes leading layout architecture and floorplanning, developing robust methodologies, and driving parasitic-aware implementations.
You will support sign-off processes and mentor layout engineers, leveraging 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience. This fulltime position is based in Lombardy, Italy, with on-site work requirements.
