With more than 3,500 employees, the Safilo Group is a worldwide leader in the premium eyewear sector for sunglasses, optical frames and sports eyewear.
Safilo is looking for a dynamic, German speaker, and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department in our Padova Headquarters, looking after the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Act as the trusted HR partner for assigned business areas, advising managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee development and organizational change.
Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, compensation reviews and offboarding activities.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, organizational changes and labor law compliance, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
Drive annual HR processes and key people initiatives, supporting managers in building high-performing and engaged teams.
Monitor workforce data,



HR metrics and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Lead or contribute to local and global HR projects focused on organizational development, employee engagement, change management and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs across the organization.
Periodic travel to Safilo's office in Cologne, Germany, will be required to support business stakeholders and local HR initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
~ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
~2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles within international and matrix organizations.
