ams OSRAM is seeking a senior analog IC design expert in Lombardy to own and drive HF analog circuits for broadband optical communication ICs, defining methodologies and leading critical developments.
You will lead high-performance analog and mixed-signal design, mentoring senior engineers and guiding transmitter/receiver architectures, with strong emphasis on signal integrity and advanced CMOS nodes.
This on-site role requires a PhD or MSc and 15+ years of relevant experience.
