ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define strategies for broadband optical IC verification, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths. You will lead block- and chip-level verification, drive coverage metrics, and coordinate cross-functional debug activities.
The role requires MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in verification, SystemVerilog and UVM expertise, and CMOS FinFET/FD-SOI experience. Mentoring and leadership are essential.
