ams OSRAM in Lombardy is seeking a Technical leader for HF analog layout strategy and floorplanning of broadband optical communication ICs or similar RF ICs. You will lead layout architecture and drive parasitic-aware implementations, coordinating with design teams to ensure robust sign-off.
The role requires 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience, advanced CMOS node expertise (FinFET/FD-SOI), and strong skills in matching, shielding and EM-aware methodologies.
