In this role you join McKinsey’s two-year Operations Excellence Program as a consultant focusing on client operations. You’ll work on varied engagements across industries, solving real operational problems and delivering actionable recommendations. The program blends on-the-job coaching with structured capability-building to accelerate your development. Responsabilità

- Identify and diagnose client operational issues; form hypotheses and design analyses
- Conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions into recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues on multiple client engagements across industries




- Engage in on-the-job coaching and participate in structured capability-building activities
- Develop expertise in one of six operations areas (manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, capital excellence)
- Contribute to the global Operations Practice with a focus on delivering client impact

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree
- Initial experience in Lean Manufacturing or in quality and compliance (Six Sigma, cGMP, remediation)
- Proven leadership experience
- Mobility for European assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Effective communication in English and local office language
