Overview
As Investment Operations manager, you will shape and govern the data and processes that support investment analysis, reporting, and decision making. You will build and maintain the data architecture and quality controls across the Investment Department, enabling accurate, timely information and scalable operations. You will drive automation, oversee vendor relationships, and evolve the framework to support new asset classes, mandates, and Unit Linked products. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Responsabilità
- Maintain the investment database, data flows, and reporting production
- Define and develop data architecture for investment analysis and reporting with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage technology requests and system enhancements for operational effectiveness
- Design and oversee data governance ensuring data consistency, integrity, and traceability
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements for data quality and efficiency




- Define and develop operational setup to execute investments, onboard asset classes, and support new Unit Linked products
- Oversee Middle Office activities related to internal order management
- Define, monitor, and maintain data quality KPIs across Allianz Group companies (Italy) and across business lines
- Manage contractual relationships with Asset Managers and Custodian Banks; oversee tender processes and service performance
- Oversee KYC/AML processes with counterparties
- Govern Investment Operations framework including procedures, manuals, and DORA documentation; update Business Impact Analyses
- Define, monitor, and control budgets
- Review and authorize invoices from asset managers, custodians, and providers in line with contracts and governance

Requisiti fondamentali
- 7–12 years of professional experience in Investment Operations or related financial services environments
- Master's degree in Engineering
