Overview

In this role you lead a field service team delivering best-in-class support for HVAC systems across North East Italy. You align service delivery with customer needs and the company’s service growth goals, driving resource planning, field operations, and ongoing skill development. You will coach technicians, manage scheduling and training, and monitor performance to ensure a superior customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to optimize deployment and respond to market trends with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Responsabilità

- Lead day-to-day activities of a field service team of technicians
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, preventive maintenance, and parts inventories
- Plan resources and deploy field teams to meet SLAs and customer needs
- Oversee field service across North East Italy and ensure excellent customer experience
- Set objectives, coach staff, and provide training and development




- Develop and maintain communication with Service leader and peers on resource availability
- Collaborate with manager and service delivery leaders to deploy resources consistently
- Monitor field work, plan vacations, and ensure internal processes are followed
- Report on competitors and trends relevant to service growth
- Drive KPI performance and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 6 years field service experience in HVAC systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Supervisory or team leader experience with team-building skills
- Interpersonal, team, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities
- Assertive, action-oriented, results-driven, with problem-solving under deadlines
- Fluent in Italian; strong English reading/writing/presentation skills
- Sales acumen; hands-on and can-do mindset
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Notes
