Overview

In this role, you support consultants and clients by applying market and economic research to uncover insights that solve real business problems. You will act as a thought partner, developing industry knowledge and influencing project direction through rigorous analysis. You’ll collaborate with the global research team to improve knowledge assets and share best practices. Based in Milan, you contribute to a high-learning culture while advancing client impact and firm knowledge assets.

Responsabilità

- Support consultants and clients in solving business problems through research and insights
- Leverage market and economic research to inform decisions and strategy
- Prioritize research activities for maximum impact and build domain knowledge
- Collaborate with the global research team to share knowledge and best practices




- Develop and improve knowledge assets; contribute to special projects
- Support the Milan Client Capabilities Network within the geographic research and knowledge group

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in economics or business (engineering) with strong academics
- Post-graduate work experience valued; internship experience considered
- Demonstrated research experience in academic or business settings
- Solid understanding of financial, economic and business concepts
- Ability to work well in a team and across levels
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Alteryx or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English and Italian communication skills
