Manager / Team Leader In this role you lead the development, implementation, and management of external service providers within a country to ensure service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Manage OSP negotiations to secure favorable terms and performance
Oversee compensation model design, approvals, and implementation
Control OSP costs via forecasts, reporting,
deviation analysis, and accrual oversight
Ensure legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing, and internal audits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
