The Global Information Technology (IT) Department of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is actively working on rationalising and streamlining the diverse technological landscape within the Group.

**Responsabilità**:
Accogliere gli ospiti all’ingresso
Rispondere alle richieste di informazioni dell'utenza
Gestire il centralino e la posta in entrata e in uscita
Organizzare e archiviare documenti
Gestire le prenotazioni legate alle trasferte
Fissare appuntamenti e riunioni
Svolgere semplici funzioni amministrative e segretariali **Requisiti richiesti**:
Preferibile esperienza nella mansione
Preferibile appartenenza alle categorie protette (ex art 18 legge 68/99)
Ottima e necessaria conoscenza della lingua inglese
Capacità di utilizzo dei principali dispositivi informatici e software gestionali
Attitudine alle relazioni con il pubblico, gentilezza e disponibilità
Problem solving Offriamo contratto tempo parziale di 25 hh settimanali all'interno della fascia oraria 8-19.
