Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end HR transformation and HCM technology adoption for clients across industries. You will work within the Digital team to design delivery models, map and optimize HR processes, and implement HRIS systems using leading cloud platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and develop business opportunities while advancing Mercer methodologies. This position offers growth in leadership and strategic impact on HR technology programs.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients
- Grow digital expertise and contribute to business cases and technical assessments
- Analyze current HR processes and identify efficiency improvements
- Design delivery models for HR services and support HR transformation programs
- Act as client focal point in HR technology design and implementation




- Map clients’ end-to-end HR processes and propose improvement interventions
- Lead HRIS implementations across project phases
- Learn Mercer methodologies and contribute to intellectual capital
- Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience in Digital Transformation
- Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
- Proven experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
- Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
- Passion for innovation, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends
- Experience managing both direct and indirect teams
- Excellent relationship-management with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English for international projects
