Responsabilità
- Lead a team of 3–5 consultants to help clients improve performance and achieve goals
- Identify and implement solutions for client challenges across sectors
- Collaborate with specialists (data scientists, researchers, designers) to design and implement performance approaches
- Develop tailor-made solutions and ensure positive, sustainable impact for clients
- Guide and develop team members, providing support for learning and growth
- Receive training and coaching on project management, stakeholder relationships, and leadership
- Cooperate with senior colleagues and staffing managers to align project assignments with priorities
- Travel to client sites as required
Requisiti fondamentali
- Advanced graduate degree required; MBA or PhD preferred but not mandatory
- Prior consulting experience in a professional services firm or international corporation preferred
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive environment at all levels
- Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing circumstances
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian
