brThe Production Quality Control Manager will bebrresponsible for ensuring the effective performance of production, quality, andbrprocurement processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement andbroperational excellence.
brKeybrresponsibilities include:
brCoordinating and supervisingbrproduction, assembly, mechanical machining, and quality controlbractivities.
brManaging and developing abrdirect reporting team composed of:
brQualitybrSpecialist;
brProductionbrPlanning Manager;
brWorkshopbrSupervisor;
brPurchasingbrManager.
brEnsuring achievement of KPIsbrrelated to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and servicebrperformance.
brOverseeing planning andbrprocurement processes, ensuring the optimal balance between materialbravailability, production capacity, and business requirements.
brCollaborating with technicalbrand commercial departments to manage customer projects and specific clientbrrequirements.
brSupervising the company'sbrQuality Management System,
promoting preventive and corrective actionsbraimed at enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.
brIdentifying operational issuesbrand implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on wastebrreduction, efficiency enhancement, and process optimization.
brSupporting the evolution andbrimplementation of digital tools and systems related to manufacturing andbrsupply chain management.
brInterfacing with Groupbrstakeholders within an international business environment.
brYour Profile
br Requirements
br~ Degree in MechanicalbrEngineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalentbrtechnical background.
br~ Proven experience in leadershipbrpositions within manufacturing environments.
br~ Strong knowledge of mechanicalbrmanufacturing processes, preferably within highly customized orbrengineer-to-order production settings.
br~ Demonstrated experience inbrcoordinating Production, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
br~ Solid understanding of LeanbrManufacturing principles and methodologies.
br~ Knowledge of the followingbrmethodologies will be considered a strong advantage:
br~ SixbrSigma;
br~ SMED;
br~5S.
br
brExperience with ERP, MES, andbradvanced production planning systems.
brFamiliarity with platforms suchbras Opera MES, CyberPlan, and Mago ERP will be considered a plus.
brFluent English is mandatory,
asbrthe role requires regular interaction with international stakeholders andbrGroup functions.
