The role supports the evolution of Alfasigma's SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling landscape, connecting business needs with scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, IT teams, and external partners to improve processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across an international environment.
Your role:
Drive continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Contribute to SAP CO enhancements, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, planning, allocations, profitability analysis, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and practical system solutions.
Support integration with other SAP areas such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Contribute to SAP transformation initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Support incidents, service requests, change requests, and user adoption initiatives.
Promote process standardization, knowledge sharing,



and SAP best practices across business and IT teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
Good knowledge of SAP CO processes, including planning, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting.
Understanding of SAP integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
