The candidate will support the Editorial, Photo, Audience Development and related members of the team in their day-by-day activities, giving a valuable contribution to the selection of visual and photo contents from a creative to an operational side ****Primary Activities***** Assist the research of photo and iconographic materials* Manage communications with external photo agencies and stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed* Ensure the accuracy of copyright and general information for external materials* Participate to Editorial meetings and assist all steps of content creation* Manage communications with external stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed****Primary Skills & Qualifications***** Previous experience with, or passion for, Visuals, Photo, Media Companies or Creative Agencies* Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken* Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and similar graphics editors* Expertise on the topics and the tone of voice proposed by Vanity Fair Italy, as well as on last trends regarding Fashion, Lifestyle and breaking news* Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with Apple softwares* High organizational skills and attention to detail# **What happens next?**If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.
