InoHealth AG is seeking a builder-operator to design and run the customer excellence function across multilingual support, onboarding, training systems, and compliance. You will own the end-to-end support stack and KPI framework, shaping product direction and governance as volumes grow.
You will engage with HCPs, corporate clients, insurers, and hospitals, with a clear path to leadership as the company scales, while maintaining regulatory and GDPR obligations across all areas.
