About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials andChemical Laboratory Specialist to serve as the pillar of our EU productcompliance efforts in Varese (TO), Italy. In this execution-focused role,



youwill ensure our consumer goods meet rigorous regulatory standards by combiningsupply chain traceability with hands-on laboratory methodologies, includingoperating test equipment, conducting failure analysis, and quantitativelyverifying adherence to REACH and RoHS regulations.
Core Responsibilities
Planand execute chemical and physical tests on metals, alloys, coatings,enamels, polymers, composite materials, components, and finished products.
Performquantitative execution and verification of product regulatory compliancetesting, specifically for RoHS and REACH.
Operatematerials characterization equipment to evaluate the composition andproperties of materials and conduct failure analysis on components toidentify root causes using established procedures.
Analyzeproduct failure data and laboratory test results to determine the causesof problems and continuously evaluate potential material deterioration.
