About the role
As Area Sales Manager, North-West Italy, you will report to the Country Manager Italy and take ownership of sales development in your region. Your focus will be on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
You will collaborate with the Produal Italy team and colleagues across Produal Group to ensure strong alignment, customer support and delivery of business targets.
Your external network will include system integrators, consultants, final clients and other key stakeholders in the building automation and HVAC market.

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand Produal's market share in North-West Italy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them solve technical and commercial challenges.
Provide technical support and guidance on Produal products, services and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to show the benefits and applications of our offering.
Handle customer objections, follow up quotations proactively and support customers in choosing Produal over competitors.
