You’ll be selling Vertiv Thermal & Power products— the exact solutions that keep AI servers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise Data Centers running. This isn’t just a sales job— it's a front-row seat to the most transformative technology shift of our generation.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
Scholar degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business-related field (or equivalent combination of education and acquired experience)
3+ years of successful sales experience in B2B markets
Ability to learn and translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proficient in executing tactical plans to win business
Coachable and willing to learn — we invest in our people
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred — You’ll Stand Out If You Have
5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales
Background in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or EPC design — highly relevant to Data Center environments
Registered Professional Engineer designation
Experience in Data Center, IT infrastructure, or related industries
What Success Looks Like
Maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline at 3x quota level
Achieving or exceeding annual individual and team sales quotas
Building deep, trusted relationships within client organizations
Delivering industry-leading customer support across your territory
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date annual sales plans for each assigned account
