You will deliver reusable AI accelerators, intelligent agents, and integrations that connect with enterprise platforms. You’ll pilot new AI technologies and shape the AI development lifecycle to drive practical, delivery-focused outcomes. You join a collaborative team working with Architecture, Security, and Data Management to enable impact at scale.

Responsabilità
- Develop enterprise GenAI solutions and accelerators
- Build agents and intelligent workflows
- Integrate AI with enterprise platforms and systems
- Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows
- Provide technical support to business initiatives
- Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies
- Define reusable frameworks and accelerators
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies
- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks
- Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC)
- Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms
- Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices
