ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation; /li liCreate and maintain customer profiles, including tariff setup /li liConstantly interface with Sales Department to apply commercial contract condition /li liPrepare and manage reports to ensure accurate invoice allocation and registration, liaising with the Controlling department for data alignment. /li /ul h3Key Projects: /h3 ul liProcess improvements aiming to optimize the entire billing process flows /li liAutomation of billing data through interfacing with operational systems /li liCarry out invoice leakage audits /li liContribute to strategic and ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAlmost 5 years of experience in a similar role within complex companies, preferably in the logistics, supply chain or services sector. /li liInterests in process optimization /li liPreferred Master’s degree in Economics or related field /li liEnglish Knowledge /li liAdvanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; /li liStrong team player with a proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities /li liAim to grow and develop yourself /li /ul pSalary Package Range: € 38.000 - € 45.000 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
