Plant Support Administrator
The Plant Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, organizational and coordination support to the plant management team and assigned functional areas. The role ensures the efficient execution of daily administrative activities, supports internal processes and contributes to the smooth operation of the manufacturing site.
The job holder independently manages assigned priorities and ensures timely completion of responsibilities.
The position is offered on a tempo parziale (50%) basis under a fixed-term employment contract and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and service orientation.
The role provides administrative support to managers based in Pisticci, which includes travel coordination and expense reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to plant management and functional departments.
- Perform administrative and organizational duties independently and within established timelines.
- Support purchasing activities, including procurement of office materials and services in accordance with company procedures.
- Review and verify invoices and support documentation related to office purchased materials and services.
- Manage document control systems, records, filing structures, correspondence and other business documentation in accordance with company standards.
