Job Description
About the job:
A listing is not just an ordinary product list - it's a command center and a crucial stage of the shopping journey. This is where, in a fraction of a second, we have to connect and serve the essence of Allegro to the user. You will be right in the middle of the company's business and technological innovations, directly impacting how we present what matters most to buyers: from Allegro Smart badges, through price presentation and coins, all the way to express delivery times.
Your Impact and Growth:
- From the very beginning, you become a fully‑fledged member of the product team with a real impact on how the main search page evolves.
- You deploy features to production, see their immediate effects,
and learn how to optimize a product based on the behavior of millions of real people, rather than textbook theories.
- You enter a true technological proving ground - you create solutions that handle billions of requests and process gigantic data volumes in real-time.
Our Data-Driven Culture:
- In the listing team, we base every change on hard data, not guesswork or intuition.
- Here, you will learn experiment-driven programming.
- You will learn how to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests on a massive sample of users.
- You will see with your own eyes how a minor optimization in your code translates into real customer behaviors and the business metrics of the entire company.
Important things for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
